yes, I know, the general opinion is:
"Train hard on the same route and get used with the awful boring state of mind because this makes you stronger!"
I do not say it is a "wrong" approach, I just suggest that for Hobby-Triathles it has no use really. They already have a lot of other worries in their lives and triathlon or regular sport should help them to find the balance. Do not torture yourself if useless :-)
